What do processing seconds include?

Processing seconds pay for background removal. Buy them once, stack purchases, and use them when needed; unused seconds do not expire. Each video is rounded up to the next whole second.

Can I download without Hosting?

Yes. A completed paid result can be downloaded as transparent WebM while its file retention period is active. Private paid results are available for 7 days. Downloads and re-exports do not use processing seconds.

What can I try for free?

Sign in to request a preview of up to 3 seconds from your video. The server checks preview eligibility and availability before processing. A free preview is view-only and expires after 24 hours. No card is needed for the preview.

How does annual Hosting work?

Publish & Host costs $9.99 per video per year and renews automatically only after your explicit authorization. We prepare the website video before Checkout; the service year begins when publication succeeds. Hosting does not include processing seconds.

What happens if I cancel annual renewal?

Cancel the next renewal from Billing. The current paid service period stays available, and unused processing seconds remain yours. Canceling renewal does not delete the video or automatically refund the current period.

What happens when Hosting expires?

There is a 30-day online grace period after expiry, followed by 30 days of private file recovery. Public playback stops after the online grace period. Files may be permanently removed after the recovery window.

What if processing or publication fails?

Failed AI work releases its reserved processing seconds. If AI work completed but file preparation failed, retry preparation from the same result. If a paid Hosting publication cannot be fulfilled, we recover it or refund that Hosting payment.

Which export formats are available?

Transparent WebM is the standard download. ProRes 4444 export is restricted to eligible verified clips up to 8 seconds; longer clips use WebM. Changing export format does not run background removal again.

Can I use an existing transparent video?

Existing transparent WebM and ProRes 4444 MOV can be checked without buying processing seconds. Website publishing uses a separate annual Hosting subscription. A file must pass preparation and transparency checks before purchase.

Will I be charged unexpected traffic overages?

Annual Hosting does not introduce automatic traffic-overage charges or an unlimited-traffic promise. See the published fair-use policy and contact support about unusual delivery needs.
